5. Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide from our warehouses in Europe, the United States and Asia. Delivery times and shipping costs vary by destination and are shown at checkout. Customs charges and import duties outside the EU are payable by the customer. Full details are on our Shipping & returns page.
6. Returns & Refunds
You may return eligible products within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or a refund. Items must be unworn, undamaged and returned in their original packaging with any tags attached. We provide a prepaid return label; a fee of USD 5.00 is deducted from your refund to cover return shipping, except where the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 working days of receipt.
